This litter of Holland Lops was born on November 29, 2006. The dam is "Puff," a broken blue, and the sire is Tiny, a Tort. I was eager to see what colors we'd have - they are all broken black. This is my first litter of Holland lops. . My goal was to have one litter of Hollands and one litter of BEW/VC mini rex born over the Winter.

 

 My chinchilla mini rex, Sassy, has been bred to Bach, my new BEW. I have an expected due date of December 11th. This will be Sassy's 1st litter. If a healthy litter isn't born rebreeding will be done right away.

 

I'm hoping to have some nice juniors for my first Spring shows in March.

 

Another breeding of my mini rexes will be done in April, after my animals from downstairs are brought back outside. The Hollands will also be rebred, only I will try for a litter from Tiny and Oreo, my nice broken black, the second time. This will let me know how Tiny is doing as a herd buck or if he gets delegated to our "pet" status.

 

I usually don't do any breedings during the warm part of Summer, but will start again with a breeding in August for September babies depending on time and cage space.
